Balcony Room in Victorian Home private bath

A lovely Inn in a very pretty town Positive: The location was great as everything was within walking distance. It was also a very pretty place full of antiques and decorations. We enjoyed the opportunity to help ourselves to tea and coffee whenever we wanted it. We also met some very nice guests Negative: It was a little impersonal since we never saw the Hosts at all. My husband didn’t enjoy having to read all the informational signs but everything we needed was provided and well thought out

Positive: The location and proximity to the town with all its restaurants, sights and shops. Easy walking distance. Negative: N/a

Comfortable Positive: Clean, comfy, nice furniture and wood everywhere. Good heat. Negative: No big problem, but having to go to other room for bathroom was not comfortable. But ok. Bed is a bit high.

Great stay, easy checkin! Positive: Excellent for our needs, clean, safe location in a cute town.

My spouse and I stayed at the Blooming Inn for a recent weekend adventure, and we were super pleased with our accommodations in the beautiful old Victorian house. We had the Balcony Room, which was a comfortably large space with an in-room sink and - as the name suggests - a balcony looking over the front of the house into the quiet neighborhood street. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom, across the hall, but is private and only accessibly by the key(s) provided to the Balcony Room guests. Everything was clean, plenty of blankets were provided, and the caretakers for the property were kind but not intrusive. We will be returning for more local adventures, and we will definitely be staying again at the Blooming Inn.
